Licensed to practice in California, USA, and Argentina (Córdoba and Buenos Aires) with a robust academic background.

I have developed a strong foundation in the legal aspects of the technology industry, acquiring extensive knowledge in guiding technology-focused businesses through intricate M&A processes, Software as a Service (SAAS) agreements, and customized contracts. I am usually involved in every stage of a company’s life cycle, from its inception to its eventual exit strategies, having played a crucial role in fostering their international expansion by assisting on their day to day operations, structuring strategic partnerships and providing guidance on financing and venture capital transactions.
I represent clients in the aviation, automobile, agribusiness, public transportation and logistics industries and funds and family offices on contracts, complex commercial contracts, regulatory and general corporate matters and M&As and other domestic and cross-borders transactions. My work also includes representing top-tier airlines in several commercial areas, including litigation and consumer claims.
I have helped debtors, creditors, sponsors, investors, acquirers, lenders and other interested parties in all aspects of distressed and insolvency situations, both in and out-of-court, having participated in prominent in-court restructuring cases that involved more than 500 creditors and over 500M dollars in assets.
I put my efforts in providing strategic and specialized legal advice to help companies through their expansion processes.
